Google Adsense recently released a update for adsense accounts on 20 April releted to terms and conditions. Many publishers face problems during login.
According to Adsense they have updated the adsense terms and now publishers need to agree the new terms. For proceed to adsense account you just need to scroll down of the notice page and just click on i agree as shown in the image below and continue to adsense.
