Poco is rumoured to be releasing its first smartwatch in India shortly. Beyond smartphones, the coy has been seeking to extend its product offering in India. Because of the pandemic's severity, Poco's IoT solutions have been delayed in India and other regions. The Poco Watch is one of the new items from Poco that will be available later this year.

Poco revealed last week that the Poco F4 GT would be unveiled at an event on April 26. Now, the firm has said that it will unveil two additional devices at the event on Tuesday: the Poco Watch and what it calls its "first customised product with Genshin Impact!" which might be the leaked Poco Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition TWS headphones.

The specific launch date of the company's first smartwatch has yet to be determined. Meanwhile, the details of the Poco Watch have been exposed, according to a Digit article quoting source OnLeaks. The design render photos of the Poco Buds Pro, which might come later this year, have also been released by the tipster.

Poco Smartwatch Specifications

Poco's smartwatch will have a 225 mAh battery. The gadget will be 31 grammes in weight and 39.1 x 34.4 x 9.98mm in size. According to OnLeaks, the Poco Watch will be available in three colours: black, blue, and ivory.

Poco Watch will resemble the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in appearance. The specs, however, will differ from those of the Redmi smartwatch. The smartphone would have a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a little curvature around the edges, according to the rumour. It will have a resolution of 360 × 320 pixels. To navigate across the UI, there will be a button on the right border of the frame.

The Poco Watch will, as predicted, include a number of health and fitness-related functions. The phone will have a colourful watch face with numbers for total steps and other fitness characteristics, according to one of the design mockups. An optical heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen (SpO2) sensor will also be included in the wristwatch. It will also have a water resistance rating of 5ATM.
