Nothing made its debut in the market last year with the release of its first genuine wireless earphones, Nothing Ear (1). The startup said earlier this year that it will release its first smartphone, branded Nothing phone (1), later this year. The business recently provided information about its design, and now a leak has appeared online revealing the device's expected pricing and release date.
According to All Round PC, a German website, the first Nothing smartphone will be released on July 21. The story does not specify when the smartphone would be available for purchase.
According to the article, the Nothing Phone (1) is expected to cost approximately 500 euros (Rs 42,000). If this is accurate, the smartphone will compete with OnePlus's low-cost R-series of handsets.
However, Carl Pei and Tom Howard, Nothing's principal designer, disclosed to Wallpaper.com additional details regarding the design of the impending Nothing phone (1). The Nothing phone (1) will have a transparent design, according to Wallpaper.com. This means the smartphone will be designed in the same manner as the Nothing Ear 1 true wireless earphones.
