The most anticipated Diablo Immortal was launched this week, however some players have reported that their keyboards aren't working, so we've put together a video with all of the troubleshooting strategies for how to fix Diablo Immortal's keyboard not working.
How to Fix Keyboard Not Working
Your keyboard may not be working for a variety of reasons. One easy solution is to relaunch the game. Close the first window and uninstall the launcher completely. If your keyboard is wired, disconnect it and re-plug it. Restart the keyboard as well, if it's wireless. Now you may play the game when the keyboard is connected. The next step is to see if the game is compatible with the keyboard or controller you're using. A list of supported keyboard and controller brands has been provided because the game is still in its early stages of development.
List of the items on the list is as follows:
- Logitech Gamepad F710.
- Nintendo Switch Controllers.
- Sony Dualshock 4.
- Xbox Elite Controller 2
Other keys on the keyboard may work for some folks, but the WASD keys do not. To get the greatest effects, set your desktop resolution to 2560 x 1440. This should not be confused with the game resolution, which is separate, and altering any of them will have no effect. After that, the game may be turned to Windowed mode. Hopefully, your keyboard will now work properly. Port difficulties are to be expected with a mobile game, but we're hopeful Blizzard will solve them as quickly as possible.
